Through a monthly subscription to the RT-300 Tracking website. RT-300 owners access a password protected, user-friendly web panel with detailed maps to pinpoint the exact location of the RT-300 device at the click of a button.
The RT-300 device can also be used as a limited function cell phone, with 2 pre-programmed speed dial buttons that can be set by the owner of the RT-300 GLS.
Web panel and mapping software allows users’ end result to be as specific as a street address and building level detail, or zoom out to get a wide angle view of the RT-300’s location. In the event there is not immediate access to the Internet and the person wishes to locate the device, they can do so through their cellular phone by placing a call to the device.

Each action has a different unit value associated with it depending on the complexity of the action. The approximate unit values for each command are as follows:
Current Unit Values Per Each Usage Event: Panel Locate: 1 unit Cellular Phone Locate: up to 2 units Geofence activation: up to 2 units Geofence deactivation: up to 2 units Geofence Alert: up to 3 units (depending on how many contacts are notified with an alert) SOS Alert: up to 3 units (depending on how many contacts are notified with an alert) Low Battery Alert: up to 3 units (depending on how many contacts are notified with an alert)
For example, if you log onto the secure website (also referred to as the Panel), and you use the "Locate Now" feature that command is equal in value to 1 unit. The units will be deducted from your monthly service plan total.. If you request a location of the device by calling the device's cellular phone number from your cellular phone, that command is equal to 2 units and those units will be debited from your monthly service plan total. To view transaction history, log into your online account and select "The History" tab under "My Account". Overage units used will be billed at $0.25 per unit on the Bronze, Gold and Platinum Plans. Non-panel locate units used will be billed at $0.15 per unit on the Fleet Plan.
