**  In the event you notify us that you wish to terminate service before the initial term of the

contract is complete, you will be billed the lesser of  Current  billing  cycle plus

 Early cancellation fee or balance of   the contract. No cancellation fee when initial term

of contract is fulfilled. A $49.00 activation fee charged at time of activation.
